During June 2025 all unadopted footpaths on the Castle Hall Close Development serving all the apartments were renewed due to wear and tear over the years.
The Local Authority are responsible for maintenance to the adopted footpaths and unfortunately despite requests that these be attended to, this would appear not to fit in with their budget.
Adopted paths on The Woodlands Development, in the interest of safety, have undergone general maintenance to include removal of moss and the application of a biocide treatment soft wash to minimise the return of moss and algae.
